Our carefully selected team is notably accomplished and dedicated to achieving the highest standard of care. We are committed to participating in regular continuing education programs to stay informed of the latest advances in research and techniques.
Dr. Violet R. Ross-Kasza attended dental school at the University of British Columbia and graduated with a D.M.D. degree in Dentistry in 2000. She also holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Western Ontario and a B.Sc. in Chemistry (U.B.C.). Dr. Ross-Kasza has enjoyed practicing dentistry for the past ten years at her dental clinic in Brentwood Bay.
Dr Ross-Kasza founded Orchid Dental in 2008 with the vision of providing very attentive service while caring for her patients. When she is not busy at Orchid Dental working with her team, she enjoys hiking, boating and travel.
"I strive to make each patient's visit as comfortable and positive an experience as possible, understanding that the dental office has not traditionally been many peoples' favourite place to be."
Dr. Dutchak has practiced Dentistry in Victoria for the past 13 years. A D.M.D. graduate of the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry, John achieved the Gold Medal for highest overall proficiency and top of the class grades in his first three years. He is particularly skilled at achieving a high standard of cosmetic dentistry working with challenging dental issues.
An avid athlete, John has participated in triathlons, mountaineering, and cycling. He also travels to the Yukon regularly to care for patients in the far North.
Lori has practiced Dental Assisting for 17 years and managed the front desk for 3 years. She is skilled at explaining a broad range of dental procedures in ways that anyone can understand, and is an expert at working with complex dental insurance plans.
Robyn is especially skilled at entertaining and educating patients young and old. Her gentle touch 'caters to cowards' while achieving healthier mouths.
Chantale greets every patient with a welcoming smile and keeps the dental practice running smoothly.
Debbie brings her years of experience in managing and consulting dental practices to Orchid Dental. She is ideally skilled for successfully managing your dental care and your insurance.
